Since Quincy Place is a brand new community, we haven’t begun receiving testimonials yet. In the meantime, we’re proud to share what residents and family members have to say about our other Traditions communities.

HAVE A GREAT QUINCY PLACE EXPERIENCE?

I praise and thank God for all His Goodness, but today, I am especially thankful for all of the loving staff at Quincy Memory Care.
Each day, we see Mom being loved and cared for and we leave knowing that she is in loving and caring hands.
You have no idea what a blessing that is to us. There is joy and delightful conversation, fun activities, and also quiet, safe rest. Thanks to all of you. May God's love fill you today as you bless each of your precious residents.

I toured this community in Holland and I can't speak to the beauty, you have to see it yourself! We toured with the manager Laura and she made us feel right at home. My parents are elderly and looking for a place where they can feel safe, have activities and not have to worry about taking care of a condo anymore. They are selling their condo now and as soon as they close, they will be moving in. I plan on visiting them more now, since our time spent together will be quality time instead of me fixing a toilet or bringing them to bingo, they have it all right here at Quincy Place. Oh, the rates are very competitive, I toured 4 other places with them and for the price, a BRAND NEW community and welcoming people, it is a yes for them and me too.

I've been working in senior living for over 20 years and Quincy Place is by far and away the most beautiful campus and facility I've seen. To compliment that, their leadership staff they have are friendly and helpful. I'm expecting great success at Quincy Place and look forward to seeing them grow!

I toured Quincy with my great aunt. Wow! It’s absolutely breathtaking beautiful. I met the office staff and the director Laura. She was very engaging and kind and explained things in great detail. My aunt said, “ I feel so welcome here already.” This comment alone put me at ease. We have toured other communities in the area, but honestly, we didn’t get the same “feel” from the others. This is a big decision for my aunt so it’s important for her to feel cared about and included! Quincy place is our top pick! She will be moving here in less than 30 days! 😊

When I toured Quincy Place I felt so welcomed and at home. Charles was extremely kind and accommodating during our visit. All interactions with employees were genuine and heartfelt. I'm excited for the future residents to call Quincy Place their home.

Great team, beautiful building! Wonderful interactions from all team members! They make you feel warm and welcomed and heard! We can’t wait to see how much fun and love the residents receive in the community!

Just talked with Nana and she says she has gained 10 lbs maybe more! Loves all the foods! Especially the Beef over Noodles and the Pot Roast. The only “complaint” is being Polish she just wants more sauerkraut! Every soup and desert she tries and hasn’t had a single complaint about any of them.

"I visited this facility, and the staff let me come in with a mask. It was an in-person visit, and it was a very good experience. They're very friendly and very accommodating. They're still following the rules of no inside visitation into these extended care facilities, so I just decided not to do anything at this time. I watched it being built, so it's convenient for me because of where I live. It's nice, it's clean, everybody was friendly and the parking was accommodating. Everybody had their masks on. They have the independent cottages when you come in, then they have a memory care building, which is a separate locked building for extra security and to stop wandering, and then they have the personal care/assisted living building. It's laid out very nicely. They're excellent. The bedrooms could have been a little bit bigger, I think they may be too small for elderly people with walkers.

What a wonderful place for senior citizens to have a whole new group of friends. A staff who loves them. Social activities to enjoy, WONDERFUL meals and some[one] to keep an eye on them in their golden years. My mom is 95, moved in January 2020 and has loved every minute. If you're looking for the right place...this is it.
— Carol J.
What a warm and welcoming place. Very caring and attentive staff. Lots of great activities for residents with a lovely dining experience.
— Andrew A.
Great place for family. Great place to call home. My mother lives at Traditions at Solana and it was the best place for her and my family. The community is BEAUTIFUL. The staff really cares about the residents. Always activities, entertainment and great food. Mom has laughed so much since making this her home. She has made many great friends. The nursing staff, housekeeping staff and dietary staff along with the management staff go the extra mile. The beautiful view of the river reminds her of when she was young. It's just a great place to be.
— Roy R.
I have spent a lot of time at this beautiful community, and I must say, the new Executive Director and the entire staff are so warm, caring and competent that I cannot imagine my Mom living anywhere else! Kudos Reagan Park!
— Sharon R.
I love the food here! I always have so many choices! I also love all the friends I have made. It's like I have a new family. The staff is so nice and the building is always clean. The community makes me feel so safe.

Traditions at Beavercreek is on the top of my list of places to go. The place is new, very nice and very clean. In a two-bedroom unit, they truly have two bedrooms and a living room. Some just have two big rooms where one was the bedroom and the other one was the living room. The dining area was gorgeous. It was like a high-end restaurant with table service.
— Earl
Great community. Staff are warm and inviting. The move-in process is flawless. This was so helpful to our family with the transition of moving our mom in. Thank you.

This community has many activities, the food is wonderful with lots of selections. Every one that works here is very helpful and friendly and we are very happy we have chosen it.

Our family is very pleased with my father's move to this community. It is a very nice place with great people. We know he is safe and receiving great care. I do not live in the same state, but I have gotten nothing but positive reports from our family. It is an excellent community and I would recommend it.

Just a quick thank you for the wonderful lunch tour yesterday with mom. You have NO IDEA how thankful my sisters and I are that this has been such a positive thing for me (truly a divine intervention that I am still shaking my head about!). Maureen was such a blessing to be with, she is very compassionate and energetic. What a great asset she is to your team. I appreciate your help. I sincerely have so much admiration for your passion for making a difference. Gives me tears every time I think about mom actually being able to stay there in a wonderful place with hearts like yours.
— Kay D.
I have my grandmother living at Reagan Park and everyone is very friendly, caring and helpful. Emily, CJ, Stacey and Debbie are great, as I’m sure all the employees are as well. I recommend Traditions.
— Mike P.
I felt I should make the change. I was getting older, my husband and I are getting older, I have a big home. And so I thought I should make that change. And I saw this building going up and what I saw I liked. Opening day, I came and I fell in love with it. From the management all the way down, absolutely great.

The chapel I do appreciate having because I visited it the other day and they have a mass every last Friday of the month. I look forward to that and that's a nice feeling right there. And if I have nothing better to do, I walk up to the chapel and there’s always someone there having a service. That's a nice feeling, too.
— Dot H.
Best community I have ever been in. I get a lot of help.
— Irene W.
My mother has lived at Traditions of Beaumont for over a year. Because this place is so wonderful, I am able to leave town for a week or two and know that my mother will be well taken care of. They get to know their residents and do the little things that make a difference. The facility is beautiful, but the people that work there make it even more beautiful. They really care about their residents and it shows.

The staff at Brookside has worked hard to be as helpful as possible to my mother. They have been wonderful. The residents all seem very satisfied and well taken care of by the staff. Relocating a loved one is always challenging, but the staff at Brookside has done an amazing job at assisting and accommodating our situation. The facility is beautifully laid out and they are always bringing in outside organizations to entertain and interact with the residents. I could not be happier with having my mother at Traditions of Brookside.
— Chip R.
I like the care at Park Place. We have been happy with the staff and the cleanliness of the community. The menu is very good and we like that they have activities that she is participating in with other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for the care of a loved one.

This is a wonderful community. The staff are what make Traditions at Solana so amazing. Caring, compassionate and knowledgeable team. Fun activities, well maintained, beautiful views and great staff.
— Kristin T.
I have a family friend who currently lives at Traditions at Solana. Let me just say, wow! The building and property are absolutely beautiful. No matter who I talk to, I always receive a smiling face in return. The staff seem very caring and have a passion for working with this population.

It was harder for me to get around and I couldn't drive. And so my niece and I decided it was time for me to find a place where I could have companionship. I just love getting up and coming to the restaurant and having something to eat and not having to worry about my food, getting out in the weather or doing the dishes.
— Virginia O.
What a wonderful community!
— Greg A.
I find Reagan Park to be exceptional. The people who work there are compassionate and loving. I would highly recommend this community!
— Jenna A.
I feel she is safe. They are so patient with our loved ones. They get the residents involved. The staff call residents by their names. They smile and say hello. It takes special people to work with memory care people. They are that special. I can sleep!

I have been around assisted living facilities for over 27 years. It was a pleasant surprise moving into Traditions at Hunter Station! These attractive dwellings will capture the attention of those who still desire a degree of independence. The staff are friendly and will answer any questions that you may have. They have a calendar of events that tells you that there will be plenty to do in the days and years to come. The aroma from the food, prepared by the skilled hands of Chef Jordan, can only make your mouth water in anticipation. The friendly atmosphere and beauty of the community will definitely make you want to sign up!
— Mr. Gil
As a physician involved in the care of the elderly, some of whom with chronic, debilitating illnesses, I periodically explore the quality of facilities geared toward providing assistance and varying levels of care to individuals in need of supportive services. I have found Traditions at Reagan Park to represent an environment of cleanliness, safety and security for a wide spectrum of residents, from those who are totally independent to others who require strong support and aid. I am very familiar with the excellent track record of the Executive Director of Traditions at Reagan Park as an administrator and ‘hands on’ manager and have great confidence in her ability to lead this facility to even higher levels of excellence. I would recommend Traditions at Reagan Park without reservation.

Absolutely in LOVE with this building! From the breathtaking outdoor appearance to the clean and vibrant interior. A gorgeous building all around! The receptionist was so kind and friendly with us. All of the staff we passed interacted with us with warm smiles and greetings. I found the Executive Director to be extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate toward my father and me. We were invited to stay for lunch and enjoyed a wonderful meal where we met several residents who had very good things to say about Solana! Overall great experience and my father’s top choice for assisted living!

A warm and friendly place. Everyone is caring and helpful. The facility is beautiful with many things for the resident to do.

Staff is caring and friendly. The facility is less than a year old and is absolutely beautiful! There is a nice variety of activities offered from arts and crafts to guest speakers to movies and musical entertainment and community trips.
— Marty
My parents moved to Traditions at Brookside last Wednesday. We chose it for the price, the garden home that they're in and the amenities. They have a two-bedroom, two-bath shower home with a one-car garage and no buy-in. There's a porch in the back and the front, a full kitchen with stainless steel equipment and washer and dryer. They have 30 meals a month, excellent food and the dining area is like a restaurant where you can order from a menu. They have a full salon, chapel and theater room.
— Sally
Things are going well for my mother since she moved to this community. The staff is all friendly and the meals are great. We have not found anything that needs to be improved.

Lovely!! The new Traditions at North Willow is absolutely beautiful. The soothing gray/blue palette of colors creates a calm and relaxing environment. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to check out if you are downsizing and looking for a fresh, new, beautiful place to call home!
— Johna C.
Traditions at Reagan Park is a very inviting community. From the dietary staff up to the executive director, I have been met with an openness that I can see resonates with the residents. Whether during community events or any other time I've stopped in, it has been easy to see the family atmosphere that makes this home. When needed, their healthcare partners work seamlessly to coordinate care and help residents age in place and stay in their new home.

My loved one chose Traditions at Solana out of all the places we toured. We have not been disappointed yet, staff are gracious and kind.
— Wayne B.
The staff is kind, caring and professional.

Traditions at Beaumont was nice, new, clean and large. I toured a studio apartment, which was comparable to other facilities. My mother could go down anytime to eat her meals. They had happy hour every day and the people seemed to be pleasant. They had a library, game room, poker night, bingo and a movie room. The lady that I dealt with was very pleasant and has called several times to check on my mother's status.
— Earl
I can't begin to thank each and every one of you gals for how wonderfully you took care of my sister, Dorothy. She loved each of you and this lovely home. You all have a very special place here and do great work. Dorothy loved you all.
— Bill and Jan B.
You have stable-headed and strong nursing/CNA staff. My trust is growing.
— Anonymous (Internal Questionnaire)
The staff have gone out of their way to encourage mom to participate in some of the activities and amenities they offer. The staff and the other residents know her by name. The food is good and they are open to listening to the family. Reagan Park is clean and the grounds are well maintained. They offer laundry and cleaning services. I felt comfortable when we first walked in and I would recommend this community.

I have relatives who are residents at Beavercreek. Staff are all very nice and professional. Facility is great. Phase 2 and 3 will be adding more independent living units. Many relatives have visited and nearly all say 'I want to live here!' Food is fabulous, too!
— Timothy D.
Everyone treats our loved one like family. We are so glad we made the move!

Traditions at Solana was nice and brand new. The lady who assisted us was really helpful and friendly. She knew almost all of the residents and was really positive about the place. What I really liked about it was it's on the river with water on three sides, so almost all the rooms look out on the water and it was really pretty. It's in the city, but tucked away, so it doesn't feel like it. They have a salon, exercise place, outdoor area with grill where they sometimes cook outside, a movie room, a little library. A guy was playing music when I was there.
